 في المساء ، من الساعة 16:00 إلى الساعة 18:30 يوم السبت 21 أكتوبر، تشرفت كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بنمسيك بالنشاط الناجح لنادي هواة الفلك. خلال هذا النشاط اجتمع المشاركون لاستكشاف أسرار القمر، والكشف عن أهميته، وخصائصه المثيرة للاهتمام، وأسرار تضاريسه، والظواهر القمرية الساحرة . هذا الحدث الذي لا يُنسى، والذي أقيم في رحاب الكلية، ترك جميع الحاضرين الذي يقدر عددهم بحوالي الأربعين مفتونين بالجمال السماوي و الغازه .

In the evening, from 16:00 to 18:30 on Saturday, October 21, the Faculty of Literature and Human sciences Benmsik was graced with the successful event of the Amateur Astronomy Club. During this activity, participants gathered to explore the secrets of the moon, uncover its significance, delve into its intriguing characteristics, and unveil the mysteries of its terrain, as well as witness the enchanting lunar phenomena. This unforgettable event, held within the confines of the college, left all the approximately forty attendees mesmerized by the celestial beauty and its mysteries.

 Building an observatory has always been one of my dreams, and I’m proud to say it’s now a reality. The COSMAN ASTRONOMICAL OBSERVATORY is a homemade project, born from passion, recycled materials, and long nights of learning, assembling, and testing. The main structure is built from bricks and concrete, providing solid support and insulation for my instruments. For the dome, I took inspiration from modern telescope enclosures like those at La Silla Observatory in Chile, but added my own touch using wood and a rotating base. The dome is currently manual, but I plan to motorize it in the future. Inside the observatory, I use the Altair 70/420 ED doublet telescope. It is compact but powerful, perfect for wide-field astrophotography. Attached to it is a Canon 500D camera with the IR filter removed, which improves its sensitivity to deep-sky objects such as nebulae and galaxies.   Last Thursday, I had the chance to run a workshop with the amazing members of the MSA Science Club at the Faculty of Technical Sciences Settat. 🔭 I started by talking about different types of telescopes and how they work, which led to a great discussion about all sorts of fascinating astronomical phenomena. The best part was answering all the curious questions from the participants!
